I love my crunchy cheese. Occasionally I can purchase in store, but most often order online. I am on the go a lot and it keeps well while traveling. Better than stopping for junk food snacks.
But these run salty, it's the nature of the product though. Cheese itself is a salty food and when you pull out all of the moisture by baking cheese to crunchy bars, you end up with concentrated salt. So if you are a salt and cheese lover needing lower carbs, this works great. It does have a bit of a buttery aftertaste which is great if you love butter.
