Refund Policy

General

We stand behind our product for its performance and fitness for sale, within its specific shelf life. We do not guarantee sales of our product or results of any weight-loss program in which our product is used.

 

Returns – 30-day return policy

Returns must be processed through the email account associated with the original order.

A receipt or proof of purchase with the order number, product description, best by date and the price per item is required. 

 An accurate description of the problem or defect is required. Please be as concise as you can so we can identify the cause of the problem. 

Credit requests for products that are beyond the expiration date of the product or have been in the customer’s possession for longer than 30 days will not be granted.

JTC products purchased from a third-party vendor, distributor, or locations other than www.justthecheese.com are not refundable on this site.

Partial refunds are granted (if applicable) when:

Any item has missing parts for reasons not due to our error

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once the return is received and inspected, an email will be sent to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to the credit card or original method of payment.

Please allow 4 weeks for the refund, if not received within this period contact us at info@justthecheese.com.

 

Sale items (if applicable)

We will only refund items at the purchase price. If you have bought an item at sale price, we will refund the item based on the original invoiced amount.  

 

Damaged Boxes (if applicable)

Shipping & delivery process may damage the boxes. If damage is caused by the shipping process, customer should seek compensation from the shipping company.
