You can buy our products directly from our website. We also sell our products on Amazon and are in select grocers around the United States.

Where do you get your cheese?
From Wisconsin! Our factory makes some and our friends’ in the State make the rest.
Our cheeses are made from the finest local Wisconsin milk. Licensed Wisconsin cheesemakers produce small batches of cheese that’s aged to perfection. After that, the cheese is off to our Just The Cheese team to be shredded, baked and packaged! That’s it!
How many carbs are in Just The Cheese®?
There is less than one gram of carbs per package, which comes from the lactose in our milk. Thanks to this, our products are the perfect snack to eat if you are on any low-carb diet.
Is Just The Cheese® produced in a nut/tree-nut free, sesame free, soy free, egg free, wheat free, and gluten free facility?
Good news! All of our products are produced in our factory that does not contain any of the items listed above.
What is gluten? Is Just The Cheese® gluten-free?
Gluten is a mixture of plant proteins that occur in grains. A small percentage of the population has either a gluten allergy or gluten intolerance. We are happy to say that all Just The Cheese® products are gluten-free!
Do these need to be refrigerated?
No, our products do not require refrigeration. Our special packaging protects our bars from the effects of oxygen and light, meaning these babies can be taken and stored anywhere! Woohoo!
Is Just The Cheese® made with pasteurized milk?
Yes. All of our cheese is made from pasteurized milk. Pasteurization destroys unwanted pathogenic microorganisms, such as E. coli and listeria. We choose to create and use products that will keep you strong and healthy!
What is the sodium content of a package of bars?
One package contains two cheese bars, and each package has 300mg of sodium. This equals out to about 150mg of sodium per bar. Our minis contain 200mg of sodium per package.
How much protein is in one package of bars?
There are 8 grams of protein in one package of bars. This amount of protein is equivalent to one cup of milk!
How long until these bars expire?
Thanks to our packaging, our bars have a shelf life of 9 months.
What sort of enzymes are used in our cheeses?
Rennet is used to help coagulate our cheese. We use rennet made from yeast, meaning that the rennet or enzyme used in our cheese is microbial and considered suitable for vegetarians to eat.
Is this product suitable for vegetarians?
Yes! Due to the microbial enzyme used during the coagulation process, Just The Cheese® is suitable for vegetarians.
Where can I buy Just The Cheese® if I live in Canada?
If you are a customer from Canada, you can purchase our products from our trusted Canadian vendor.
Do you sell internationally?
We do not directly ship our products internationally via our website. This includes Freight Forwarders; Any shipping order that is addressed to a Freight Forwarder will be cancelled due to the fact that we don't have exportability. However, there are trusted vendors selling our products in Canada, Dubai, Taiwan and Hong Kong.
Is Just The Cheese® Halal or Kosher?
Our products are not Halal or Kosher certified. However, this is something we are exploring and is a possibility in the future.
Where can I find the expiration date on your products?
In a couple of different places! If you’ve bought a box of our bars, the expiration date is located on a white sticker, typically located on the bottom of a box. See the diagram below for what to look for!
On our packages of bars, the expiration date is in order by MONTH / DATE / YEAR, as shown below, and can be found either on the back flap of our packages, or on the side.
For our minis, the expiration date can be found in the top right corner on the back side of our packages, as shown below!
